Newsweek, Statista Rank Unveil World’s Best Hospitals 2025 Rankings

NEW YORKNewsweek, in partnership with Statista, recently released its World’s Best Hospitals 2025 rankings, recognizing top-performing hospitals across 30 countries.

“These rankings showcase the hospitals that are setting the standard for medical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care on a global scale,” said Alexis Kayser, healthcare editor at Newsweek. “By incorporating new quality metrics and patient-reported outcomes, this year’s list provides an even more comprehensive view of the institutions leading the way in healthcare. We’re proud to highlight the hospitals making a tangible impact on patient well-being and advancing the future of medicine.”

The top five on the World’s Best Hospitals list are Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.; Cleveland Clinic; Toronto General – University Health Network; John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore; and Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset in Stockholm, Sweden.

Three Massachusetts hospitals, all in Boston, ranked on the top 250: Massachusetts General Hospital (sixth), Brigham and Women’s Hospital (21th), and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (116th).
