Noble Hospital Enters Partnership with Pioneer Valley Cardiology, Expands Services
WESTFIELD — Noble Hospital has announced a new partnership with Pioneer Valley Cardiology, expanding services for patients across Western Mass.
Pioneer Valley Cardiology physicians Dr. James Buffum, Dr. Robert Chircop, and Dr. Yufeng Zhang — along with Noble Hospital cardiologist Dr. Mehdi Pajouh — are now scheduling appointments for new and existing patients preferring to be seen at their new location in the Cardiac Center located in the hospital at 115 West Silver St. in Westfield.
According to Robert Perry, president and CEO of Noble, “we are pleased to partner with Pioneer Valley Cardiology, outstanding leaders in providing world-class cardiology care. Our unique continuum of services gives us, and our patients, everything needed to diagnose and treat a wide range of cardiovascular issues and conditions.”
The Noble Hospital Cardiac Center is a dedicated facility that provides extensive cardiac care in one convenient location. Equipped with the latest state-of-the-art diagnostic and monitoring tools, and staffed by highly skilled cardiologists, nurse practitioners, technicians, technologists, and nurses — all cardiac specialists — the center provides a full continuum of all-inclusive, efficient, cardiac care.
After evaluating a patient’s level of current cardiac health, a cardiologist may request one or more tests such as an echocardiogram, nuclear stress test, exercise tolerance, EKG, or carotid ultrasound. In addition, the center offers the latest nuclear gamma camera available today. Considered the gold standard of diagnostic tools for superior cardiac testing, the camera is used as part of the two-part nuclear stress test.
