SPRINGFIELD — Avada Hearing Care Centers recently announced the addition of Maura Bresnahan O’Shea to its staff. She will be coordinating the company’s Elderly Care Outreach Program and expanding the number of senior centers, assisted and independent living centers, as well as physicians offices currently serviced by Avada.
The program has been developed to meet the needs of the hearing impaired. It is a free service, which includes: educational materials, professional hearing loss consultation, hearing screening, testing and cleaning, and adjusting of existing hearing aids.
O’Shea has a bachelor’s degree in Management and Sociology earned at Elms College. Throughout her career she has completed several certification courses, including management training, sales and service in media sales, Neuroscience Division for Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Co., First Aid, C.P.R., and medicine dispenser of both controlled and non-controlled substances for Service Net.
With Avada, she will be completing her proctorship and Mass. Board Certification as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. |
