Pathlight to Host Job Fair at Basketball Hall of Fame on Dec. 13
SPRINGFIELD — Pathlight, a leading Western Mass. organization supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, is taking over the Basketball Hall of Fame on Monday, Dec. 13 for a large job fair.
The event, which runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., will feature representatives from all programs at Pathlight, including the residential programs (for direct care and nursing positions), as well as Whole Children, Milestones, and Autism Connections. Pathlight is also looking for individual support staff for its Family-based Living division.
The event will include on-the-spot interviews for RNs, LPNs, administrative, and direct-care positions. Qualified candidates may get offers on the spot. Pathlight is also offering hiring bonuses of up to $3,500 for qualified candidates.
Pathlight, based in Springfield, supports more than 1,000 people with intellectual or developmental disabilities throughout Western Mass. Programs include Whole Children, Autism Connections, and Down Syndrome Resource Group of Western Mass. Pathlight also supports hundreds of people in a variety of residential settings.
