SPRINGFIELD — Pathlight, a leading provider of services for people with intellectual disabilities, recently announced the appointment of Jana McClure as vice president of Quality Assurance. In this role, she will focus on delivering top-tier care across all Pathlight programs, ensuring compliance and sustainability.
“Jana joining our team is another step toward our continuous goal of striving to be the best version of Pathlight we can be,” interim Executive Director Keith Kendall said. “I’m looking forward to the positive changes she will bring to the organization.”
As a human-services organization, Pathlight’s guiding principle is to provide exceptional support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. McClure will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the rigorous standards necessary to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes for people served.
