Porchlight VNA/Home Care CEO Offers Nationwide Webinar

LEE — Holly Chaffee, president and CEO of Porchlight VNA/Home Care, will co-present a webinar geared toward home-care companies nationwide with Barbara McCann, chief industry officer for Interim Health Care in Sunrise, Fla.

The presentation, in partnership with DecisionHealth, will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 1 to 2 p.m. It will focus on Porchlight and Interim’s respective factors for success in reaching a top federal five-star rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

The 60-minute training will teach proven strategies for success in order to maintain and increase referral sources in the competitive climate of home health care. Topics for discussion will include how to coordinate care to improve the process and outcome measures used by CMS in the rankings, resources and services to offer patients to improve satisfaction ratings, and best practices for quality assessment and reducing re-hospitalization rates for patients.
