Puffer’s Salon & Day Spa Raising Funds for Clean Water Fund of Massachusetts

WESTFIELD — Puffer’s Salon & Day Spa invites the public to join in its month-long Earth Month Celebration through May 4. Anyone can stop in the salon and make a $10 donation to the Clean Water Fund of Massachusetts for a chance to spin the Earth Month prize wheel. Every spin is a guaranteed winner, featuring prizes of haircuts, spa services, treatments, Aveda products, coupons, and other Earth Month surprises. All proceeds benefit the Clean Water Fund of Massachusetts.

Puffer’s Salon & Day Spa, located at 56 Southwick Road, Westfield, has partnered with the Clean Water Fund for the past nine years, donating more than $7,000 to support clean-water initiatives in the Commonwealth.

Puffer’s is also part of a larger network of salons and spas working with Aveda to bring environmental responsibility and sustainability to the forefront of the beauty industry. Since 1999, the Aveda Network has been responsible for raising more than $71 million to support Earth Month partners like the Clean Water Fund.

The Clean Water Fund of Massachusetts works to support clean-water efforts via education, legislation, and advocacy. Its most recent task is supporting communities with the replacement of lead service lines to secure lead-free drinking water in all Massachusetts communities.
