Rockridge to Host Senior Health Fair on Nov. 16

NORTHAMPTON — Rockridge Retirement Community will host an afternoon of healthy living and prevention for older adults at a Senior Health Fair from 2 to 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16. Free to the public, all vendors will offer free services, consultations, and more, targeted specifically to adults over 55.

Vendors will offer fall-risk assessments, memory screenings, safe-driving consultations, financial-planning consultations, estate planning, asset protection, health-insurance counseling, posture analysis, massage therapy, and more.

Rockridge Retirement Community, a not-for-profit campus offering independent living, assisted living, residential care, and the Gardens Neighborhood for memory support, is part of the Deaconess Abundant Life Communities, which have been serving seniors as New England Deaconess Assoc. since 1889.
