Senior Subjects Week at Charlene Manor Focuses on Five Topics
GREENFIELD — Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility, in partnership with Caring Transitions of the Pioneer Valley, will host a week-long series of talks on subjects of interest to elders.
“Senior Subjects” will be held Monday, July 20 through Friday, July 24 from 4 to 5 p.m. each day at Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility, 130 Colrain Road, Greenfield. Registration is requested by calling (413) 774-3724, ext. 248. Refreshments will be provided. Topics include:
• “Selling Your Home,” July 20, with real-estate attorney Mark NeJame of NeJame & Kling Law Offices and Claire Premo of Keller Williams Realty.
• “Paying for Elder Care While Protecting Assets,” July 21, with elder-law and estate-planning Attorney Karen Jackson.
• “Succession Planning for Business Owners,” July 22, with business strategist Nunzio Bruno of the Disruptive Strategy.
• “The 10 Things You Need to Know Today for Tomorrow,” July 23, presented by Jeffrey Still of New York Life with Michael Cousineau of CLU Investment Specialist.
• “Reverse Mortgages and Steps to a Successful Move,” July 24, with reverse-mortgage specialist Eileen Elliott of Reverse Mortgage Funding in South Hadley and Mark Liberatore, senior relocation and transition specialist with Caring Transitions of the Pioneer Valley.
