State Sen. Eric Lesser Announces Thrive After 55 Health & Wellness Fair
SPRINGFIELD — On Friday, June 25 at 11 a.m., Mass Appeal on WWLP-22 will host a televised program presented by state Sen. Eric Lesser in place of this year’s physical Thrive After 55 Health and Wellness Fair. The event will feature several interviews and segments on mental health, nutrition, arts and culture, mindfulness, and movement to highlight resources traditionally presented during the in-person event.
The program will also feature live interviews with Lesser and a “Savvy Seniors” segment from Attorney General Maura Healey. “Savvy Seniors” provides information on how older adults can recognize and protect themselves from scams, financial fraud, and identity theft. After the initial 11 a.m. airing on WWLP-22, the segment will be rebroadcast at 1 p.m. on the CW Springfield (Berkshire County Charter cable channels 14 or 16).
