NORTHAMPTON — The Transhealth board of directors announced the appointment of Jo Erwin as chief executive officer and Celia Overby as chief operating officer. Both leaders have served in these roles on an interim basis since June 2024, guiding the organization through a year of meaningful growth and organizational stability.

“Jo and Celia have been steady, compassionate, and intrepid leaders, quietly leading by example every step of the way,” said Perry Cohen, chair of the Transhealth board of directors. “They stepped into these roles at a pivotal time for the organization, and their deep commitment to Transhealth’s mission has earned the full confidence of the board. We are thrilled to formalize their appointments as we look ahead to the next chapter.”
Erwin added that “it’s truly the honor of a lifetime to serve in this role, especially at such a meaningful time, and I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to continue working with the board, Celia, and the incredible Transhealth team.”
