VA Medical Center in Leeds to Host Free Memorial Day Concert

LEEDS — The Edward P. Boland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center will host a Memorial Day Concert on Monday, May 29 from 4 to 7 p.m. on its Leeds campus, 421 North Main St.

Individuals and families are invoted to bring a lawn chair and find a spot on the lawn. Bennie and the Jets, a popular Elton John tribute band, will take the stage at 5 p.m. The concert is free for all veterans, service members, and military friends and family. Refreshments will be provided. Note that alcohol is prohibited on federal property.
