VNA Announces Appointments

PITTSFIELD — The Berkshire Visiting Nurse Assoc. announced the appointments of Diane Packer, RN as clinical coordinator and Deborah Wineberg, RN as utilization specialist for the agency.
Packer, a Williamstown resident, most recently served as clinical supervisor for the Visiting Nurse Assoc. and Hospice of Northern Berkshire. Previously, she was a manager and supervisor for Kaiser Permanente in North Adams from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, she served as a home health nurse for VNA and Hospice of Northern Berkshire and served in the Intensive Care Unit at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington.

Wineberg lives in Adams and most recently served as a quality improvement nurse with the Visiting Nurse Assoc. and Hospice of Northern Berkshire. Previously, she was a public health nurse with the North Adams agency. Her earlier experience included service as a staff nurse at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.
