Wernick Adult Day Health Care to Hold Open House on June 18

LONGMEADOW — Wernick Adult Day Health Care, located on the JGS Lifecare campus and affiliated with Legacy Lifecare, will host an open house on Wednesday, June 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. at 780 Converse St., Longmeadow.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the program offered at Wernick Adult Day Health Care. Adult day health allows individuals to take care of work, errands, appointments, and other commitments while finding comfort in knowing that a loved one is in good hands. Catering specifically to the individual needs of those with medical or physical limitations and memory impairments, including Alzheimer’s disease, the program promises a safe and stimulating environment.

The open house will explore the components of adult day health through tours, Q&A sessions, and the opportunity to speak with staff members. Refreshments will be provided.
