Williamstown Commons to Host ‘Five Wishes’ Workshop June 7

WILLIAMSTOWN — Williamstown Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation center invites the public to a “Five Wishes” workshop on Wednesday, June 7 at 6 p.m. at Williamstown Commons, 25 Adams Road, Williamstown.

The workshop, facilitated by HospiceCare in the Berkshires, will help participants understand the Five Wishes living will and guide them through the process. The Five Wishes is a document that can help individuals express their desires for end-of-life care. The discussion will also cover healthcare proxies, do-not-resuscitate orders, and medical orders for life-sustaining treatment.
