Women’s Symposium Set For August 3

WARE – The Mary Lane Hospital Spirit of Women Membership Program will present the second annual Summer Symposium for Women on Wednesday, Aug. 3, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the hospital’s Main Conference Room.

Dr. Mohammed S. Ahmed, Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mary Lane Hospital, will present the program.

“Dr. Ahmed will host a candid conversation about the latest information regarding women’s health issues, from puberty to maturity, pregnancy to menopause,” said Michelle Holmgren, Spirit of Women Coordinator, MLH.

“He will also discuss the latest information about infertility, depression, and menopause, osteoporosis, pap smears and much more,” said Holmgren. “Women will learn about health issues to help them make knowledgeable decisions to improve their overall well-being, including information on exciting new procedures.”
