All Our Kids Inc. Announces Free Workshop Series

SOUTH HADLEY — All Our Kids Inc. announced a workshop series exploring and practicing research-backed strategies to help make self-care a priority and recharge one’s well-being. Ronald Hildebrandt, founder of Heart-Mind Life LLC, will be the facilitator for this series.

Workshops take place the first Thursday of every month from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m. over Zoom. Workshops are free of charge, and tips and printouts will be provided. Sessions will be recorded for those who are unable to attend the day of the event.
