All Our Kids Inc. Launches Workshop Series for Foster, Adoptive Parents

SOUTH HADLEY — All Our Kids Inc. announced a workshop series designed for foster and adoptive parents, exploring and practicing research-backed strategies to help them make self-care a priority and recharge their well-being.

Ronald Hildebrandt, founder of Heart-Mind Life LLC, will be the facilitator for the series.

Workshops are held on the first Thursday of every month from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m. Sessions will be recorded for those who are unable to attend the day of the event. The series is free of charge, and helpful tips and printouts will be provided.

Next month’s topic, on Thursday, Dec. 7, is “Develop Your Holiday Self-care Plan.” To register, email mhanlon@fosteringaok.org, and a Zoom link will be emailed back.
