Berkshire Healthcare Communities Earn 15 National Awards
PITTSFIELD — Of the few long-term care and senior living providers in Massachusetts recognized this year by National Research Corp. for exceptional customer and employee satisfaction, Berkshire Healthcare communities captured 60{06cf2b9696b159f874511d23dbc893eb1ac83014175ed30550cfff22781411e5} of the Massachusetts awards.
In the Berkshire region, Fairview Commons in Great Barrington, Kimball Farms Life Care in Lenox, Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center in Lenox, and Williamstown Commonsm all won the award for customer satisfaction. Honored for both customer and employee satisfaction are Mount Greylock Extended Care Facility in Pittsfield and North Adams Commons.
This past year, 589 long-term care organizations nationwide were chosen for recognition. Of the 25 awards given to communities in Massachusetts, 15 were claimed by Berkshire Healthcare communities.
