  • CMIC Announces Launch of New Mobile Website

GLASTONBURY, Conn. — CMIC, a member-owned medical professional liability insurance provider, announced the launch of the new CMIC Group mobile website. It may be accessed at www.cmic.biz or mobile.cmic.biz.

Providing CMIC Group members with easy access to important information and business functions was the primary goal in the website launch. CMIC’s web presence, from computer to tablet to smartphone, now provides users the versatility and access necessary in today’s business environment and underscores CMIC’s forward-looking approach to doing business.

“An increasing number of our members are accessing our website from their mobile devices,” said Denise Funk, CEO of CMIC Group. “We created a mobile website that consistently and seamlessly meets their needs and accommodates their web-surfing preferences.”

These features include information on loss-prevention education activities, through which members can earn CME credits as well as premium credits; claims services; and access to the member-only secure section of the website.
