Holyoke Health Center Launches New, More User-Friendly Website

HOLYOKE — Holyoke Health Center recently rolled out a new website, with the goal of being more user-friendly with more interactive information. The site, branded with the new logo for Holyoke Health, is accessible in English and, very soon, Spanish.
“We are very proud of the look of the new logo and website and are excited to make information about our critical medical, dental, and pharmacy services and community programs more accessible for patients, staff, funders, and the community,” said CEO Jay Breines. “In addition, we are engaging more people through our social-media efforts with health tips, medical updates, and more.”
In preparation for updating both the logo and the website, Holyoke Health Center embarked on a year-long internal campaign of soliciting feedback, suggestions, and reactions from all stakeholders within the agency. The center hired Easthampton-based marketing firm MRW Connected to design and build the new website.
Holyoke Health Center has played an instrumental role in the health of Holyoke, Chicopee, and the surrounding area’s community members for more than 40 years. Founded in 1970, its mission is to “improve the health of our patients through affordable, quality healthcare and comprehensive community-based programs to create a healthy community.”
Holyoke Health Center has been the only free-standing comprehensive health center in the Greater Holyoke area with an onsite pharmacy and integrated oral-health and behavioral-health services. It serves more than 24,000 patients annually with primary medical, dental, and specialized programs for people living with asthma, diabetes, HIV, and other chronic conditions.
