Holyoke Hospital Names Board Members

HOLYOKE – Holyoke Hospital has announced the appointment of Elaine Alonso Cote and Deborah Buckley to its Board of Directors.
Cote is vice president for External Affairs for Partners for Community, a Springfield-based, multi-agency, nonprofit corporation. She has served on numerous boards, including the Springfield Public Forum, Stage West, and the Spring-field Dept. of Social Services. She serves on the Educational Advisory Committee to the Western Mass. Community Foundation. She is also a former member of the Springfield Traffic Commission and is a Justice of the Peace and Notary Public.

Buckley is president of Goss & McLain Insurance Company, where she has worked since 1976. A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, she is involved in numerous organizations, including the American Red Cross Pioneer Valley Chapter, the Granby Athletic Assoc., the Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce, the Holyoke Taxpayers Assoc., the Holyoke Rotary Club (past president), Loomis Communities, Community United Way of Pioneer Valley, and the Holyoke Visiting Nurse Assoc., as immediate past president of the Board of Directors.
