HospiceCare in the Berkshires Offers ‘New to Grief’ Workshop May 23

PITTSFIELD — HospiceCare in the Berkshires will offer a grief support group on Tuesday, May 23 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Fairview Hospital, 29 Lewis Ave., Great Barrington.

“New to Grief” is offered for anyone who has experienced a loss of a family member or friend. Registration is preferred; call the HCIB bereavement coordinator at (413) 443-2994. The support group is free and open to the public.

HospiceCare in the Berkshires Inc. is a nonprofit organization with 35 years of experience providing compassionate end-of-life care. Services include ensuring patient comfort, managing symptoms, providing personal care and companionship, respite care, and end-of-life planning. It also offers counseling services to help anyone in the community through the grieving process.
