JM&A Group Named Presenting Sponsor of Tom Cosenzi Driving for the Cure Golf Tournament

SPRINGFIELD — The Tom Cosenzi Driving for the Cure Charity Golf Tournament announced JM&A Group as its presenting sponsor for 2019. The 11th annual tournament, co-founded by Carla and Tommy Cosenzi to honor the legacy of their father, Tom Cosenzi, who passed away from a glioblastoma in 2009, will be held on Monday, Aug. 19 at Twin Hills Country Club in Longmeadow and Elmcrest Country Club in Eastr Longmeadow.

“We are delighted to have the support of such a terrific corporation so deeply committed to positively impacting the lives of patients at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute,” said Carla Cosenzi, co-founder of the Tom Cosenzi Tournament.

Players will enjoy 18 holes of golf at one of the area’s top private golf courses, a delicious lunch, exciting on-course activities, an evening cocktail reception with live entertainment from Noah Lis, a gourmet dinner, raffle prizes, and silent and live auctions.

To date, this tournament has raised more than $950,000 in its 10-year partnership with the Jimmy Fund — one of the largest organized golf programs in the U.S. All proceeds support Dr. Patrick Wen and his team of researchers in the Neuro-Oncology Department at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
