Linda Manor Partners with Smith Vocational School to Offer Scholarships

LEEDS — Linda Manor Extended Care Facility is partnering with Smith Vocational School to offer full-tuition scholarships for nursing-assistant students. For all CNA students who qualify, Linda Manor will provide full tuition. Students interested in applying for the scholarship should contact Gabrielle Wilson at (413) 586-7700 or gwilson3@bhs1.org.

“We’re excited to promote the growth of nursing in our community and encourage everyone enrolled in Smith Vocational Adult Community Education’s upcoming CNA class to apply,” said Mark Ailinger, administrator of Linda Manor Extended Care.

Smith Vocational’s adult-education program offered CNA training to the Center for New Americans last spring, and this is the first time this opportunity will be available to the local community.
