Grand Opening

The new facility recently opened on the site of the former IHOP restaurant on the corner of Union Street and Park Avenue in West Springfield; the first center is located on Cooley Street in Springfield. Arbors Celebrates Summer

Residents from the Arbors at Chicopee and children from the Arbors Kids recently enjoyed the harvest of locally grown and farm fresh summer produce from local farms. Above left, The Arbors at Chicopee’s chef, Ray Guillemette Jr., brings home a large sack of corn from McKinstry’s Farm in Chicopee, while resident Eda Blair, above, shucks the fresh corn in the courtyard. Below, left, Below, Sondra Jones (left), marketing director, and Michele Johnson, activities director, purchase homemade ice cream from Randall’s Farm in Ludlow for an ice cream social with The Arbors Kids and The Arbors residents.
