Riverbend Opens Acupuncture Therapy Department

CHICOPEE — Riverbend Medical Group, the largest private multi-specialty medical group in Western Mass., has opened its new acupuncture therapy department. Therapy will be provided by certified acupuncturists Stanley Baker, L.Ac, Dipl. Ac (NCCAOM) and Marc Gerstein, L.Ac, Dipl. Ac (NCCAOM) at the Chicopee facility.
Baker and Gerstein will work with the staff at Riverbend to provide this alternative therapy, in conjunction with other medical services.

Lounsbury, M.D., Riverbend’s president. “Providing acu- puncture therapy services in our Chicopee facility enables us to increase the medical treatment options available to our existing and future patients.”
