SPHS Names New VP
SPRINGFIELD — The Sisters of Providence Health System (SPHS) announced the appointment of Leonard F. Pansa to the position of vice president of Human Resources.
Pansa, who undertook his duties on July 1, will be responsible for the human resources activities of all SPHS organizations.
Prior to coming to SPHS, Pansa served in human resource roles at Southern New Hampshire Health System/Southern New Hampshire Medical Center (SNHHS) in Nashua, most recently as its vice president of Human Resources and Adminis-tration.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Health Administration from Providence College and his master’s in Health Care Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
