VNA & Hospice to Hold Barn Dance Fundraiser, Tribute to Loved Ones Lost

HAYDENVILLE — The community is invited to attend a barn dance fundraiser to benefit the hospice services of Cooley Dickinson VNA & Hospice on Thursday, March 28 from 6­ to 10 p.m. at Valley View Farm. The per-ticket cost is $125, and seating is limited. To purchase tickets, visit www.cooley-dickinson.org/vnahbarndance.

The VNA & Hospice hosted a similar event in 2015. Executive Director Priscilla Ross recalled that family members and sponsors who attended noted the way the organization was able to create a festive party while recognizing loved ones who are no longer present. “Your support will ensure access to quality end-of-life care for all who need it,” she said.

The venue, a historic working farm and orchard, features a lovingly restored 19th-century barn. The event will also feature food by Lattitude Restaurant, Longitude Catering, a signature seasonal drink, line dancing, Sarah the Fiddler, a DJ and dancing, and an auction.
