Westfield Bank Supports Behavioral Health Network’s Kamp for Kids
WESTFIELD — Westfield Bank has donated $10,000 to Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in support of its Kamp for Kids program, helping provide an inclusive and enriching summer camp experience for children and young adults of all abilities.
Kamp for Kids, now in its 51st year, offers a six-week summer program where participants enjoy art, nature, recreation, health and wellness activities, non-competitive sports, and opportunities to build friendships in a welcoming, supportive environment. The program is offered by Behavioral Health Network, a regional provider of comprehensive behavioral health services that serves more than 33,000 individuals annually in more than 40 locations across Massachusetts.
“Organizations like Behavioral Health Network create opportunities for young people to discover the world around them and simply enjoy being kids,” said James Hagan, president and CEO of Westfield Bank. “We’re proud to continue supporting Kamp for Kids and the important role it plays in our community.”
Anne Benoit, program director at Kamp for Kids, added that “Westfield Bank’s generous support helps Kamp for Kids continue providing a welcoming and inclusive camp experience for children of all abilities. We are grateful for their partnership and commitment to helping every child feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.”
