Agarwal Joins BMC Staff

PITTSFIELD — Berkshire Medical Center (BMC) recently announced the appointment of Renu Agarwal, M.D., F.C.C.P., a specialist in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, to the BMC medical staff.

 

Agarwal is practicing with Ricardo Cordon, M.D.; Daniel Doyle, M.D.; Boris Murillo, M.D.; and Jack Ringler, M.D., Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine specialists with Berkshire Faculty Service at BMC.

Agarwal comes to BMC from a private practice in Pulmonary Medicine in Saginaw, Mich., where she was also an associate clinical professor in the Department of Medicine at Michigan State University. Previously, she was assistant program director for the Department of Internal Medicine at Saginaw Cooperative Hospitals. She practiced Pulmonary Medicine at Covenant Healthcare, the sixth-largest health system in Michigan, from 1988 to 2003.

Agarwal is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. She was awarded a two-year fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine from Michigan State University in affiliation with Ingham Medical Center in Lansing, Mich., and the Saginaw Cooperative Hospitals.
