Armbrook Village Wins Excellence in Action Customer Award

WESTFIELD — Armbrook Village announced that it was selected as a winner of the Excellence in Action Customer Award by NRC Health (National Research Corp.). The award recognizes senior-living and long-term-care organizations across the country that achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Only eight independent- and assisted-living recipients were chosen from Massachusetts.

The customer-satisfaction results were based on an internal resident- and family-experience survey conducted for Armbrook Village by NRC Health during the previous year. Armbrook achieved an overall customer satisfaction level falling within the top 10{06cf2b9696b159f874511d23dbc893eb1ac83014175ed30550cfff22781411e5} of organizations across the country, in terms of the number of respondents rating the community as ‘excellent’ in answering the question, ‘what is your recommendation of this community to others?’ The award also recognizes that the winners have made a commitment to continuous quality improvement and have successfully made it a priority to better serve the needs of residents, families, and employees.
