FootCare by Nurses Nominated for Woman’s Small Business Owner of the Year Award

GREENFIELD — Kate Clayton-Jones announced that FootCare by Nurses, LLC of Greenfield has been nominated by the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center for the prestigious 2020 Woman’s Small Business Owner of the Year Award.

Clayton-Jones, principal and director of Nursing for the four-year-old business, has built Footcare by Nurses from the ground up as a skilled nursing agency that fills the gap in foot care between the medical podiatric approach to feet and the cosmetics of pedicures. FootCare by Nurses focuses on enhancing senior health by improving overall foot function.

With a recent expansion into the Springfield metropolitan area through contract with Greater Springfield Senior Services, Footcare by Nurses now employs 12 people, including nine nurses.
