Healthcare Resource Solution Announces Two Promotions

WILBRAHAM — Arlene Kelly and Kim Sanborn, founders of Healthcare Re-source Solution Inc., the region’s leading medical practice revenue management service, have announced two senior management promotions.

Craig J. Coffey has been promoted to chief operating officer. He directs the overall management of operational and systems activities at HRSI. As the former vice president of Operations, he developed and designed the key components of the HRSI ‘Breakthrough’ approach – rule-based processes and system requirements that successfully bill for all client services provided.

Cheryl M. Scully, has been promoted to director of Operations. She brings more than 20 years of senior-level financial service experience to her position. On a daily basis, she supervises departments involved in all aspects of the medical billing operations including claims, charge entry, cash applications, AR, appeals, and customer service. She formerly served as manager of operations for HRSI and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Western New England College and a bachelor’s degree from Springfield College.
