Linda Manor Extended Care Earns National Award for Customer Satisfaction

LEEDS — With top national scores, Linda Manor Extended Care Facility, a Berkshire Healthcare provider, is among the few long-term care providers in Massachusetts recognized this year by National Research Corp. for exceptional satisfaction scores. Almost half — 11 out of 23 — of the Massachusetts awards were claimed by Berkshire Healthcare communities. Linda Manor Extended Care earned the award for customer satisfaction.

Excellence in Action awards are presented by National Research Corp. and recognize long-term-care and senior-living organizations that achieve the highest levels of satisfaction excellence, as demonstrated by overall resident and/or employee-satisfaction scores within the top 10{06cf2b9696b159f874511d23dbc893eb1ac83014175ed30550cfff22781411e5} nationally. The awards recognize the organizations’ commitment to continuous quality improvement and efforts to prioritize the needs of residents, families, and nursing-staff employees. 

This past year, 549 long-term-care organizations nationwide were chosen for recognition.
