Louis & Clark Pharmacy Appoints Samantha Panarese as New Community Liaison

SPRINGFIELD — Louis & Clark Pharmacy, an independent pharmacy that has provides prescription solutions to individuals, as well as assisted-living, independent-living, and memory-care communities and group-home residences, named Samantha Panarese as its new community liaison. She joined the team earlier this year as a certified pharmacy technician.

“In the short time she has been with us, Samantha has shown a true passion and aptitude for providing exceptional patient care,” said Dr. Kara James, president of Louis & Clark. “Her new role as our community liaison will allow her to leverage these strengths to further enhance the customer experience.”

As community liaison, Panarese serves as the primary contact in the onboarding department for new and returning patients. In addition to helping new patients and caregivers transition to Louis & Clark’s medication-management pharmacy services, she guides patients who have been discharged from hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and skilled-nursing facilities back to assisted-living facilities, independent-living arrangements, memory-care communities, and/or group-home residences, ensuring all their medication needs are seamlessly met.

“I’m very excited to take on this new challenge,” said Panarese, who completed the Pharmacy Technician Program at Holyoke Community College. “We pride ourselves on providing medication-management solutions for our patients and the care facilities we partner with, and I look forward to serving as a trusted and reliable resource for them.”
