Noble Hospital’s Food Service Department Named Healthcare Regional Account of the Year

WESTFIELD — Morrison Healthcare, a leading contract food and nutrition services company for hospitals and health systems across the U.S., has named Noble Hospital its regional account of the year. The Noble Hospital team is one of 13 accounts being recognized as part of parent company Compass Group North America’s annual Be-A-Star incentive program.
“Be-A-Star is a great way to recognize our account teams for achieving our key results, living our cultural beliefs, and demonstrating service excellence,” said Morrison Healthcare CEO Tim Pierce. “The program is an important part of our Morrison Healthcare culture, and the Noble Hospital team has demonstrated that they own their business, while going above and beyond to serve our hospital patients, clients, and guests.”
As part of the Be-A-Star program, the Noble Hospital team worked to achieve three-star status. To do so, each account had to complete a series of requirements associated with the company’s key business and community-service initiatives. Components involved all food-service team members at the account and included challenges such as implementing a patient and guest satisfaction plan, celebrating diversity, and partnering to host a community-service activity.
The Noble Café is located on the ground floor at Noble Hospital and is open to the public. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, and 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekends and holidays.
