Pediatric Hydrocephalus Foundation Pig Roast Returns to Westhampton on Sept. 12

WESTHAMPTON — Families, friends, and community supporters are invited to attend the 2026 Pig Roast benefiting the Pediatric Hydrocephalus Foundation and hydrocephalus research on Saturday, Sept. 12 from noon to 5 p.m. at Outlook Farm in Westhampton.

The family-friendly fundraiser will feature a pig roast meal with sides and a non-alcoholic beverage, along with live music, children’s activities, and opportunities for attendees to connect with families affected by hydrocephalus.

Event highlights include a craft fair, live music by local rock band Axis, a bounce house and activities for children, and an appearance by Springfield Thunderbirds mascot Boomer from 1 to 2 p.m.

Hydrocephalus, sometimes called ‘water on the brain,’ affects thousands of children and families. Proceeds from events like this help support research, education, advocacy, and family support programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those impacted by the condition.

“We are excited to welcome families, friends, and community members for an afternoon of fun and fellowship while supporting an important cause,” said Bella Sacharczyk, Massachusetts Chapter president. “Every ticket purchased helps advance research and provides support for families living with hydrocephalus.”

Tickets cost $25 for adults and $15 for children ages 6-12. Children 5 and under are free. Organizers ask that all attendees register in advance to help ensure an accurate headcount. Tickets are available online at runsignup.com/ticketevent/pigroast2026.
