Hands and Hearts
A group of non-profit organizations and companies recently joined forces to lead a hands-on CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) training for local residents at the Dunbar YMCA Family & Community Center to benefit the Tiffany Hall Memorial Scholarship Fund. Tiffany Hall CPR Training Day was named after Hall, a Springfield resident who lost her life suddenly last spring. Organizations that partnered for the event include the American Red Cross, United Way of Pioneer Valley, Baystate Health, Mason Square Health Task Force, Springfield Department of Health and Human Services, Schatz, Shwartz and Fentin, dif Design, the YMCA of Greater Springfield, Balise, Partners for a Healthier Community, Beauty Within Salon & Day Spa, JX2 Productions, and numerous community organizations and businesses.
