Rocky’s Ace Hardware Fundraiser Supports Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals

SPRINGFIELD — A five-gallon bucket can hold a lot of hardware. Next week, it can also help fill a much bigger need.

Rocky’s Ace Hardware, together with Ace Hardware retailers nationwide, is bringing back its annual Fill the Bucket fundraiser to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. From Thursday through Saturday, Aug. 7-9, customers at participating Rocky’s Ace Hardware stores can donate $5 to receive a limited-edition five-gallon bucket and take 20% off nearly everything they can fit inside. (Some exclusions apply; see store for details.)

The entire $5 donation goes directly to the Children’s Miracle Network hospital that serves each participating Rocky’s Ace Hardware store’s community, helping fund critical medical care, treatments, and services for local children and their families.

“People come to Rocky’s to get what they need for their homes, but they also come because they know this is a company that believes in showing up for its communities,” said Rocco Falcone, president of Rocky’s Ace Hardware. “Fill the Bucket gives our customers an easy way to do something meaningful while they’re shopping. A $5 donation may seem small, but when an entire community comes together, those small acts can make a very real difference for children and families who need help.”

With 52 locations across nine states, Rocky’s Ace Hardware has built a longstanding tradition of supporting the communities it serves. The annual Fill the Bucket fundraiser offers customers a simple way to turn a routine trip to the hardware store into an opportunity to help children receive the care they need.
