Westfield State recently created the biotechnology concentration in part to meet industry demand for talented workers.

The signing will take place at 1 p.m. in the Ira H. Rubenzahl Student Learning Commons (Building 19), Room 201, Springfield Technical Community College, One Armory Square, Springfield.
