Third Annual Community Health Fair Slated for April 29

SPRINGFIELD — April is Public Health Month, and the Springfield City Library and the Office of Race and Health Equity announced the third annual Community Health Fair will take place on Wednesday, April 29 from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Central Library Rotunda, 220 State St., Springfield. The fair will spotlight community health organizations that provide free, local resources and services to support the well-being of Springfield residents. Attendance is open to the public and free.

Attendees can connect with representatives from community health organizations like Behavorial Health Network, Community Support Options, the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, Gándara Center, Home City Families, Lucinda’s House, the Madrina Project, Martin Luther King Jr. Family Services, Open Door Social Services, Planned Parenthood, Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts, Raymond A. Jordan Senior Center, Springfield Community Connections, Springfield Family Doulas, Square One, Tapestry Health, YMCA, and YWCA.
