HOLYOKE — Holyoke Medical Center has announced the appointment of three physicians as its medical staff officers: Dr. Robert Byrne of West Springfield was elected president of the Medical Staff; Dr. Andrew Levin of Holyoke was elected vice president, and Dr. Catherine Spath of Holyoke was elected secretary/treasurer.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Byrne received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. He completed his medical internship, junior and senior assistant residency, and fellowship at Boston Veterans Administration Medical Center. He maintains offices at 1221 Main St. in Holyoke.
Levin is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and received his medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. He performed his internship and residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. He maintains offices at 1221 Main St. in Holyoke.
A graduate of Brown University, Spath earned her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington. She performed her residency at George Washington University and her fellowship at the State University of New York (SUNY) Syracuse. Her offices are located at 10 Hospital Dr. in Holyoke. |
