Triangle Family Dental to Host Ribbon Cutting, Grand Reopening on June 23

AMHERST — Triangle Family Dental will celebrate the reopening of its dental office and spa with a ribbon cutting ceremony, hosted in partnership with the Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce and the Amherst Business Improvement District. The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, June 23 from noon to 1 p.m. at 203 Triangle St., Amherst.

Triangle Family Dental is a patient-centered family dental practice offering dentistry and spa treatments in an accessible, welcoming environment. Led by Dr. Marjan Khodadoust, known to many patients as Dr. K, the practice has served the Amherst community from its downtown location on Triangle Street for more than 20 years.

After a flood in 2025 forced the practice to temporarily close and remodel the space, Triangle Family Dental has reopened its doors and is welcoming both returning patients and new clients into the space for services such as general dentistry, emergency dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry.

The practice also offers spa and wellness treatments, including a hyperbaric chamber, unique to the area, and non-invasive facial treatments such as Forma and Define by InMode.

“We are so grateful for the support of our patients, neighbors, and community throughout this process,” Khodadoust said. “After the challenges of the flood and remodeling, we are thrilled to reopen our doors and continue providing compassionate dental care in a space designed with comfort and wellness in mind.”

Triangle Family Dental welcomes all patients, including those who may be anxious about visiting the dentist, and welcomes individuals with autism, special needs, learning disabilities, or cognitive disorders. As its website states, “we have the compassion and understanding to do whatever it takes to get the smile they deserve.”

“We are excited to celebrate the reopening of Triangle Family Dental and welcome the practice as a new chamber member,” said Jacob Robinson, executive director of the Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce. “We want to recognize Dr. Khodadoust and her team for their resilience and continued commitment to the Amherst area community.”

John Page, executive director of the Amherst Business Improvement District, added that “long-standing downtown businesses like Triangle Family Dental are part of what makes Amherst’s downtown such a vibrant and welcoming place. Their reopening is not only a celebration for their patients, but also an important moment for downtown Amherst as we continue to support the businesses that care for and invest in our community.”

Visitors can meet Dr. K., explore the dental office, and learn more about services for new and returning patients. Persian tea and sweets will be provided. This event is free to attend, with RSVPs encouraged by clicking here.
