Webinar on Nov. 2 to Discuss COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster Shots for Children

SPRINGFIELD — The Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts will host a webinar titled “What You Need to Know About the COVID-19 Booster and Vaccine for Younger Children” on Tuesday, Nov. 2 from noon to 1 p.m.

Dr. Chrystal Wittcopp, medical director of Baystate General Pediatrics, will be sharing important information and answering questions about these current COVID-19 discussion points. She will discuss the most recent developments related to COVID-19 boosters and the status of a vaccine for children 5 to 11 years old.
