Charlene Manor Extended Care Administrator Honored for Leadership

GREENFIELD — The American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) honored Ashley LeBeau, administrator of Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility in Greenfield, as a recipient of the ACHCA Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award. The award, named in memory of visionary ACHCA member Eli Pick, recognizes administrators whose teams have achieved dimensions of organizational quality that few others have been able to reach.

“While I’m honored to receive this recognition, I give full credit for the results we have achieved at Charlene Manor to the hard work and dedication of every single team member here,” LeBeau said. “We consistently receive high marks from our residents and have been nationally recognized by the American Health Care Association; none of this would be possible without the support of the care team at Charlene Manor Extended Care. I’m grateful to work with a committed team of individuals who always put the needs of our residents first.”
