Comedy Night to Benefit Children’s Charities

SPRINGFIELD — Smith & Wesson Corp. will host its annual live comedy show to support two local children’s charities, Shriners Hospital for Children and Ronald McDonald House.

“A Night of Laughter” will be held on Saturday, April 25 at 5:30 p.m. at the Cedars Banquet Hall, 419 Island Pond Road, Springfield. Tickets cost $35 per person and include an evening of laughter, cash bar, raffles, and more. Arrive early and enjoy hot and cold hors d’oeuvres prior to the show.

The laughs begin at 7:15 p.m. with emcee and comedian Frank Santorelli, best-known for playing the recurring role of Georgie the bartender in the HBO hit The Sopranos. He is also well-known for his starring role in The Godfathers of Comedy, and has appeared in numerous movies, including No Reservations, Meet the Parents, and Crooked Lines. He has headlined at some of the most famous comedy clubs, including Comic Strip & Carolines on Broadway in New York City, and the Improv in Los Angeles.
