BURLINGTON, Mass. — On Jan. 11, the Mass. Hospital Assoc. will present a conference titled New JCAHO Processes and Methods: Understanding and Application at the Conference Center at Waltham Woods.
The program will review the latest updates from JCAHO and feature the joint commission’s executive vice president of Accreditation and Certification, Dr. Russell Massaro.
MHA’s senior vice president of Clinical Affairs, Karen Nelson will discuss how best to stay current and prepare for this dynamic system. A panel discussion of best practices in response to the Tracer Method and the PPR will also be included.
