HOLYOKE — Holyoke-based MiraVista Behavioral Health Center, a provider of inpatient behavioral-health and substance-use treatment, as well as outpatient substance-use services, joins TaraVista, its sister behavioral-health hospital in Devens, in announcing the promotions of four senior staff to expanded positions.

Those promoted were Theresa Byrd from director of Human Resources at MiraVista to senior director of Human Resources for both hospitals; Sheila Crowley from chief Admissions director at MiraVista to hospital administrator and chief operating officer for TaraVista; Joseph Doolin from chief people officer for both hospitals to executive vice president for both hospitals; Leslie Rivera-Cruz from lead Intake coordinator at MiraVista to director of Intake; and Elisa Perez from lead Intake coordinator at TaraVista to director of Intake.

Fran Sauvageau, CEO for both hospitals, announced the promotions at a recent company-wide employee meeting.

“Our most valuable resource throughout our hospital system is our staff,” Sauvageau said. “Their commitment and dedication to those in our care is exemplary, and we value their enthusiasm, dedication, and talent. Their collective leadership directly reinforces the life-changing impact we are able to demonstrate at both MiraVista and TaraVista, and I could not be more pleased to announce the expansion of their roles within our two organizations.”
