HOLYOKE — Holyoke Hospital has announced that Dr. Eyal Morag is the newest member of its the Radiology Department.
Morag, who is a native of Israel, has served as an aircraft detection and recognition specialist, a field in which he combined electronic and natural light surveillance and identification of aircraft.
A graduate of Boston University Medical School, Morag completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Dr. James Katz, chief of Radiology at Holyoke Hospital, said Morag’s experience in MRA (magnetic resonance angiography), coupled with his fellowship training in angiography, enables him to offer the entire spectrum of diagnostic and interventional vascular imaging services.
“As the third young young radiolo- gist recently trained at a Harvard teach-ing hospital to join our practice, Dr. Morag continues the recent professional renaissance in our department,” Katz added.
“He has a special combination of excellent technical skills and personal warmth.”
